About Isi
Hi, it's me - Isi.
Isi, that's short for Isabelle. After graduating from her Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Psychology in Aachen, Germany, she worked in Marketing research as well as a Marketing manager in a start up. Her work on employee branding she published in the book "Managing employee behavior in the transformation of manufacturing companies" (2018).
In 2018 she moved from Germany, where she grew up, to the Netherlands, Leiden and started her Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Economic and Consumer Psychology that she graduated from "cum laude" in 2019. Ever since she has worked in different companies (B2C and B2B) as Marketing and Creative Manager with a focus on branding, content and online marketing.
Isi is passionate about the psychology of branding, selling and decision making. Since 2020 she is also working as a freelance Brand and Marketing consultant and puts her profound knowledge in consumer psychology into practice in "brand therapy" - how she calls it- sessions with her clients.

During her educational career two topics have always been in focus: Psychology and Marketing. She has a profound knowledge in how people think and behave - especially in the context of decision making, design and advertising. Her knowledge in Marketing goes therefore much deeper than numbers and basic business administration. She brings emotional and motivational aspects into a brand story - or transforms a projection of customer behavior into a strategy.
